As a Broker Salesperson, Keith Hodges has been involved in the real estate industry for nearly two decades. Hodges has been the Lead Commercial Appraiser for St. Charles County Assesor’s Office since 2008 and has owned a successful appraisal company in Saint Charles County since 2003 Acquisition Services, Inc. Hodges enthusiasm and dedication to the real estate industry has proven itself over and over again. His reputation and knowledge has allowed him to become a powerful asset and useful tool for our clients and customers to utilize when assessing commercial real estate investments. As Director of Business Development, Dana Martoia handles marketing, sales, lead generation, property analysis and customer quality control. While Nina Matteson’s title indicates her responsibility for Dutchman’s accounts payable and receivable, her value to the company and to our clients goes much further. Perhaps most important, anyone who calls or visits Dutchman always gets an enthusiastic and cheerful greeting, thanks to Nina. For many, she is the first contact with our company, and an important reflection of our philosophy to treat everyone with friendliness and courtesy. Prior to joining Dutchman five years ago, Nina was a longtime corporate secretary and accounting liaison with clients for a prominent consulting engineering company. In addition, she is a licensed real estate professional. Nina also is committed to giving back to the community, and is a Certified Emergency Response Team member.
John Hanneken is a key team member in the growth and expansion of Dutchman Development & Construction. As project manager, he oversees the company’s residential construction, as well as commercial construction of all types, including office, medical, retail, industrial, warehouse, day care and institutional projects. A 22-year construction veteran, Hanneken has owned his own construction company and has served as project manager for one of the area’s larges homebuilders and for a major development company. As Dutchman’s project portfolio continues to grow, John will help ensure our tradition of state-of-the-art construction coupled with incomparable customer service.
Mike Sweeney came to us as a successful real estate salesperson in the Lake of the Ozarks area. Mike has a background and education in business development and entrepreneurship, Mike’s past experiences have been built on the importance of individual relationships, and he brings this same distinct personality trait to Dutchman Realty Inc. Born and raised in St. Charles, Sue has a sincere appreciation for the growth she has witnessed over the past 20 years. Sue possesses a diverse background in education as she obtained a degree in Computer Science. However real estate being her passion, she changed paths and developed 3 successful child care centers within our community, and also designed, built and renovated over 20 properties since 1998. In the late 90’s Sue obtained her sales person license and accelerated to the top 10-15% of agents in her office within the first six months. Not only did she surpass her competitors but she has also continued to outperform her competition as she maintains a successful reputation in real estate. As Dutchman’s Transaction Manager, Sue interacts within all aspects of the real estate process from the initial customer service and through to completing the closing. Sue maintains in constant communication with our clients, title companies, surveyors, lenders, and always finds time to make herself available 100% of the time during the transaction.
As Controller, Christine Kastberg is responsible for the accounting and finance functions of the company. Her responsibilities include interacting with the bank, CPA firm and members of the company to ensure they have enough information to complete their jobs. Christine brings more than 25 years of experience in Accounting, Finance and Cash Management with stints in both Fortune 500 companies as well as small entrepreneurial businesses. Her attention to detail is a benefit for both the company and our clients. Christine uses her free time to coach youth soccer.
As Director of Marketing Jackie’s primary responsibilities are focused on, marketing and advertising campaigns, social media, tracking sales data, planning meetings and trade shows, maintaining databases, preparing reports, creativity, target mailing, website management/design, and most importantly a definite team player in the office while assisting in reaching the companies goals. Although she is a master of many talents Jackie is responsible for ensuring the company’s success through the most dynamic marketing techniques used in real estate. As the marketing world is changing daily Jackie’s dedication and commitment to her work is a huge part of the reason for Dutchman’s success.
Jackie joins Dutchman as a college graduate of University of Missouri Kansas City and a licensed sales person with over 10+ years of experience in property management, marketing, leasing and sales. She has had the opportunity to work for some of the largest and most influential Developers, Management Companies and Contractors in the St. Louis Metropolitan area. With her tenacious attitude and ability to creatively find solutions, Jackie has consistently maintained a reputation as a leader in her industry. As a native to St. Charles, Jackie possesses many passions and talents in life. Over the years she has prided herself on developing long successful relationships with clients and friends. In her free time she loves the enjoyment of City life while still making time to spend enjoying the outdoors and at her family farm.
