Focusing on development and investment, Jeremy Malensky possesses a passion for real estate that has not only propelled Dutchman to the top of the industry, but has enabled the company to expand its focus and foster a vision for the communities it serves. As a real estate developer and investor, Jeremy has been in the forefront of some of the most significant land transactions and developments in St. Charles County over the past 10 years. However, Jeremy is known for much more than his business acumen; he consistently makes time to give back to the community, attend local government meetings and build solid relationships with leaders and clients. He is intense, committed, and always ready for a challenge, perhaps a reflection of his five-year stint in the U.S. Marine Corps. The Dynamic Shane Edgar joins the Dutchman TEAM as a committed and passionate real estate professional. He brings with him over a decade of commercial real estate experience with a diverse background as he’s represented Buyer’s, Seller’s, Landlord’s & Tenant’s in every area of the industry. He was previously with one of the largest Brokerage, Development & Construction Companies in St Charles County. While with that company Shane developed a strong background in retail development and leasing. His proven track record is supported by successfully assisting National Clients with Build-to-Suits in single tenant NNN investment properties. Over the past 3 years Edgar was responsible for over 30 MILLION in sales and is looking forward to continuing his success with Dutchman and serving our clients as the Real Estate Professional.

Nina Matteson

While Nina Matteson’s title indicates her responsibility for Dutchman’s accounts payable and receivable, her value to the company and to our clients goes much further. Perhaps most important, anyone who calls or visits Dutchman always gets an enthusiastic and cheerful greeting, thanks to Nina. For many, she is the first contact with our company, and an important reflection of our philosophy to treat everyone with friendliness and courtesy. Prior to joining Dutchman five years ago, Nina was a longtime corporate secretary and accounting liaison with clients for a prominent consulting engineering company. In addition, she is a licensed real estate professional. Nina also is committed to giving back to the community, and is a Certified Emergency Response Team member.

John Hanneken

Project Manager

John Hanneken is a key team member in the growth and expansion of Dutchman Development & Construction. As project manager, he oversees the company’s residential construction, as well as commercial construction of all types, including office, medical, retail, industrial, warehouse, day care and institutional projects. A 22-year construction veteran, Hanneken has owned his own construction company and has served as project manager for one of the area’s larges homebuilders and for a major development company. As Dutchman’s project portfolio continues to grow, John will help ensure our tradition of state-of-the-art construction coupled with incomparable customer service.

Christine Kastberg

As Controller, Christine Kastberg is responsible for the accounting and finance functions of the company. Her responsibilities include interacting with the bank, CPA firm and members of the company to ensure they have enough information to complete their jobs. Christine brings more than 25 years of experience in Accounting, Finance and Cash Management with stints in both Fortune 500 companies as well as small entrepreneurial businesses. Her attention to detail is a benefit for both the company and our clients. Christine uses her free time to coach youth soccer.

Jackie Niedner

Director of Marketing

As Director of Marketing Jackie’s primary responsibilities are focused on, marketing and advertising campaigns, social media, tracking sales data, planning meetings and trade shows, maintaining databases, preparing reports, creativity, target mailing, website management/design, and most importantly a definite team player in the office while assisting in reaching the companies goals. Although she is a master of many talents Jackie is responsible for ensuring the company’s success through the most dynamic marketing techniques used in real estate. As the marketing world is changing daily Jackie’s dedication and commitment to her work is a huge part of the reason for Dutchman’s success.

Jackie joins Dutchman as a college graduate of University of Missouri Kansas City and a licensed sales person with over 10+ years of experience in property management, marketing, leasing and sales. She has had the opportunity to work for some of the largest and most influential Developers, Management Companies and Contractors in the St. Louis Metropolitan area. With her tenacious attitude and ability to creatively find solutions, Jackie has consistently maintained a reputation as a leader in her industry. As a native to St. Charles, Jackie possesses many passions and talents in life. Over the years she has prided herself on developing long successful relationships with clients and friends. In her free time she loves the enjoyment of City life while still making time to spend enjoying the outdoors and at her family farm.

 

Denise O’Mara

Denise is an accomplished real estate professional with 25 years of commercial real estate experience.  She has a diverse background as it includes representing Buyers, Sellers, Landlords and Tenants in every area of the industry.  Denise’s successful career began with one of the largest commercial real estate companies in St. Louis County, where she was awarded multiple Top Seller awards for her accomplishments.  Over the years Denise has developed a strong background in Buyer/Tenant Representation within the commercial development and leasing sector, and is well respected throughout the entire commercial real estate industry.

 

Jim Sprick

Before joining Dutchman Realty, Jim spent 23 years at Anheuser-Busch, a Fortune 500 company, in various executive management/leadership roles in sales, marketing and operations, including a stint as the Executive Assistance in the President’s office.

Jim is regarded as a resourceful problem solver, with a strong commitment to excellence, who can slice through bureaucracy to get the job done.  Jim owns a variety of real estate and has the innate ability to see real estate through the eyes of an investor and owner. This unique ability creates a win/win that gets the deal done.

Dian Callahan

Dian joins Dutchman with a solid background in the legal and financial systems of commercial real estate.  She has experience with all aspects of these fields, from creating and examining legal documents to developing operating budgets for a vast inventory of property assets.

As Director of Commercial Operations, Dian’s primary responsibilities are focused on property investments, sales and leasing marketing.  By researching and analyzing area market activities, she enables the optimization of commercial asset valuations, resulting in expeditious and profitable commercial real estate transactions.  Dian prides herself on her ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels of an organization—always with the company’s “big picture” goals in focus.
