Dutchman Development & Construction’s young portfolio includes a recently completed 11,000 square foot medical office building in the Bellemeade Development at MidRivers Mall Drive and Mexico Road, Saint Peters, MO. The newly opened building is fully leased by SSM St. Charles Health Care.

A recently completed 8,500-square-foot office/retail/warehouse building at 16 Sanders Dr. in O’Fallon MO, conveniently located near I-70 and Hwy. K. The property is 100% leased to; PC Plan-it, No Limit Car and Audio, and Siegler’s Kitchen and Bath.

A 40,000 sq. ft. retail center purchased in November 2012 and located at 2421 Hwy K, O’Fallon MO. Within eight weeks of acquiring the property Dutchman Construction completed a Five Hundred Thousand Dollar face-lift on the center and leased an additional 14,000 sq. ft. Currently the center is 80% occupied to include tenants such as; Show Me’s, License Bureau, Slackers CD’s & Music, Gambino’s Wine, Cup Cake Amore, Nail Salon, Middle Eastern Market, Martial Arts, Computer Depot and more to come.
