Dutchman Finds Commercial Space for Logic Systems

May 7, 2007: VALLEY PARK, Mo – St. Charles commercial real estate firm Dutchman Realty, Inc. recently worked with St. Louis-based Logic Systems Sound and Lighting to help them purchase a new office warehouse building.

Logic Systems had been renting 12,000 square feet of space in Crestwood for more than ten years. Through market analysis and lease versus purchase analysis, Dutchman helped the company discover that it could afford to buy its own space with the help of a small business loan.

Logic Systems has been in the special events industry for more than 20 years and started as a small garage business. “This company is a real success story, and we’re happy to help them continue growth through owning their own space,” Dutchman Sales Associate Greg Loeffler said. “At Dutchman, we relate to small businesses and understand that buying real estate or leasing space is a big decision. Our experience and resources can help guide business owners’ real estate investment decisions.”

Dutchman helped Logic Systems purchase a 63,000 square foot warehouse building at 255 Marshall Road in Valley Park.

“With steady commercial interest rates, it is possible for businesses - both large and small - to own their own real estate; Dutchman works to make this dream a reality,” Loeffler said.

Logic Systems provides a variety of services related to professional audio, staging, lighting, and video products and services. The company integrates different technologies and trades for concerts and special events. For more information, visit www.logicsound.com.
