Focusing on development and investment, Jeremy Malensky possesses a passion for real estate that has not only propelled Dutchman to the top of the industry, but has enabled the company to expand its focus and foster a vision for the communities it serves. As a real estate developer and investor, Jeremy has been in the forefront of some of the most significant land transactions and developments in St. Charles County over the past 10 years. However, Jeremy is known for much more than his business acumen; he consistently makes time to give back to the community, attend local government meetings and build solid relationships with leaders and clients. He is intense, committed, and always ready for a challenge, perhaps a reflection of his five-year stint in the U.S. Marine Corps. After obtaining his CCIM designation at the early age of 25, Jeremy has participated in partnerships with land owners and investors, and has performed an integral roll in the success of Dutchman Realty. His achievements go far beyond his years. In fact, he has become one of the most sought-after real estate sales and development professionals in the area.

It’s rare to find a professional with Patty Riney’s wide range of both experience and talents. In fact, she brings more than 20 years experience in commercial real estate marketing, technology and administrative functions to Dutchman Realty. A licensed real estate professional, her resume includes employment with some of the largest and most well-known local and national commercial real estate companies. Throughout her career, she has been involved in marketing and communications, desktop publishing, database management, IT/LAN management, and more. At Dutchman, she is responsible for preparing client presentations, conducting research and assisting with marketing for the company’s growing portfolio. Clients appreciate not only Patty’s knowledge and skills, but also her helpful and caring attitude and an enthusiasm that make her a standout in the industry.
Nina Matteson

While Nina Matteson’s title indicates her responsibility for Dutchman’s accounts payable and receivable, her value to the company and to our clients goes much further. Perhaps most important, anyone who calls or visits Dutchman always gets an enthusiastic and cheerful greeting, thanks to Nina. For many, she is the first contact with our company, and an important reflection of our philosophy to treat everyone with friendliness and courtesy. Prior to joining Dutchman five years ago, Nina was a longtime corporate secretary and accounting liaison with clients for a prominent consulting engineering company. In addition, she is a licensed real estate professional. Nina also is committed to giving back to the community, and is a Certified Emergency Response Team member.
