Successes Landed
Landing a GREEN project in O'Fallon Dutchman knows that identifying and landing the right type of development is important for a community's quality of life and future success. With this philosophy, the Dutchman team helped bring a new GREEN project to O'Fallon, MO.
A match for Dutchman's vision... Jeremy Malensky sold the land formerly occupied by King Arthur's Court, a trailer park, to Highland Homes, a University-City based environmentally-friendly builder. Highland Terrace offers affordable, innovative residences that are GREEN and energy-efficient, making it the perfect project for carrying out Dutchman's vision.
Understanding the consequences of development, Malensky helped relocate former King Arthur's Court residents by working with many local organizations and the City of O'Fallon.
...because of innovative, affordable and GREEN residences Highland Terrace will include 228 condos as well as a mixed-use commercial component, offering new business opportunities. Condos will be two or three stories with rooftop decks and community amenities, offering an innovative project for O'Fallon residents.
Dutchman also thought the project a perfect fit for the area's future because of its use of recycled materials, renewable building materials, and energy efficient windows, lighting and appliances, among many others.
As part of the St. Charles community, Dutchman is always looking for new ways to bring affordable housing, retain desire and increase property values in the area - and this project will help carry out its vision for the future of O'Fallon.
