My sister and I had some property to sell, and we were looking for a Realty company with a good reputation. My sister had been looking at property “For Sale” signs to see what realtors were active in the area.
She noticed that Dutchman Realty was very active, so we decided to contact Dee Bax, the owner. We contacted Dee and, from the first meeting, we felt she was going to be on our side and work to get our property sold.
While it took time to sell the property, Dee was working constantly to find a buyer, and during this time, she kept us informed of what she was doing. We were always aware of what was going on. Through the contacts she has developed over the years, she found a buyer. Then, with her experience with the various city and county offices, she guided us through all the questions and details we needed to complete the sale.
We cannot speak highly enough of her dedication and expertise, and we thank her for her care and support throughout this process. While we started working with her as a customer, we now consider her a good friend.
