Hard work, faith and persistence is in Dee’s blood – she watched her grandmother walk to and from work every day when she didn’t own a car, and her father, nicknamed “Dutch,” was #1 in his field and was highly sought after by numerous elevator companies in the St. Louis area. He was also an integral contributor to the construction of the St. Louis Arch. Dee began her career in real estate in 1982 and discovered early on that her true passion was commercial ground rather than residential homes. She founded Dutchman Realty in 1988 and has since been named #1 in land sales by the St. Charles County Board of Realtors for 17 consecutive years.
Dee has over 35 years of experience in commercial real estate in St. Charles, Lincoln, Pike and Warren Counties. During this time, she has netted over $1 billion in sales, most notably with Dierbergs Markets, Menards, Home Depot, McDonald’s, Ohlms Farm, SSM Hospital, the City Parks Department, Whitmoor Country Club, Winghaven Subdivision, The Links of Dardenne Prairie, Camelot, Weldon Springs, Mobil Stations, QuikTrips, and Francis Howell, Wentzville and Fort Zumwalt School Districts. Dee is a respected member of the National Association of Realtors, St. Louis Association of Realtors, Mid America Regional Information Systems (MLS), Commercial Real Estate Investment Council, Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), The Real Estate Land Institute, Home Builders Association of St. Louis, and International Council of Shopping Centers. She has been recognized and published by the St. Louis Post Dispatch, Suburban Journals, Ladue News, and St. Louis Business Magazine. Her expertise in land acquisition, development and investment enables her to counsel her clients in every aspect of real estate, including the annexation and zoning of many properties in St. Charles County in order for sellers to obtain the highest value.
Outside the office, Dee is also a very active and respected member in her community. She is involved in numerous organizations, such as the Women’s Prayer Breakfast Committee, St. Charles County Land Use Task Force Master Plan 2010, Crisis Nursery Board Member, First State Bank Advisory Board in Chesterfield, and Crossing Community Church in Chesterfield. She sat on the St. Charles County Road Board and was involved in the Highway 94 & Page Avenue Improvement Projects, as well as Muegge Road Improvements and more future roadway projects through 2018. She has also been recognized as a lifetime member of the St. Charles County Board of Realtors’ Multi-Million Dollar Club.
